PRAYAGA TRUST, registered under the Trust Act 1882, was established to train commerce graduates in emerging economic opportunities. With new laws like GST, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, RERA, and SEBI’s liberalized norms, the demand for skilled professionals is rising. Our mission is to equip graduates with expertise in tax laws, corporate regulations, and financial markets.
We also focus on SME exchanges, investment advisory, and intellectual property rights, ensuring young professionals can capitalize on national and global economic shifts effectively.

Director
C.S. Sandeep Kumar S. is a seasoned Practicing Com-pany Secretary with expertise in corporate and securities laws, restructuring, and project financing. Holding an LLB, MBA (Finance), and Fellow Membership in ICSI, he has been in practice since 2010. He is a partner at Gopimohan & Satheesan Associates, a firm with 10 branches across Kerala serving a vast corporate clientele.
He served as Secretary of ICSI Palakkad Chapter (2010-2014) and contributed to ICSI-Research Committee for a book on the Companies Act 2013. His passion for teaching led to the establish-ment of Prayaga Foundation for Excellence and Training, affiliated with Calicut University. In 2018, he was appointed to ICSI’s Corporate Laws Publication Committee.
Mrs. Midhuna K.C. is a Fellow Member of ICSI, Practicing Company Secretary, and Insolvency Professional with over 17 years of experience in corporate laws. Holding Master’s degrees in Commerce and Business Administration (Finance), she has appeared as counsel before NCLT and contributed to the ICSI-Research Committee for a commentary on the Companies Act 201 2018, she was appointed to ICSI’s Corporate Laws Publication Committee. She also provides strategic guidance to boards to align policies with institutional objectives.
